A decent paved road connects Ballia city and Gandhi College campus in village Mirdha. Gandhi College is about 10 miles north of Ballia city. Ballia city is one of the train stations of the Indian railways. Gandhi College has received a grant from Sir Dorabji Tata Trust to provide transportation by bus to students of Gandhi College. The bus operates between remote villages and college, and brings girl students to villages for extension activities, rural women training, women empowerment programs, and social interaction and interventions. One hundred bicycles have been donated for students by Shrimati Rampyari Devi Agrawal.
